The show

Following the success of Femme Fatale, the producers, Izzy Cooper and Hannah Gravelle, pitched the show for the Next Stage Grant, where Hussian College Los Angeles kickstarts, with both financial support and continued mentoring, the next stage of a successful project. Femme Fatale was the winner! Producers Hannah Gravelle and Isabel Cooper added to their team, inviting their peers (and best friends!)  McKinsey Shea and Kelly Welsh on as additional producers. The four worked without pause to co-create and produce the next iteration of the show; Les Femmes Productions, a multi-faceted entertainment company.

The Company

Les Femmes Productions is Los Angeles’ newest burlesque sensation, dedicated to creating custom performance experiences celebrating the evolution of female empowerment through dance. Led by a powerhouse quartet of dance creatives, Les Femmes has a roster of 50 dancers, singers, and actors devoted to sharing the history, music, and movement that has inspired, entertained, and moved generations. Moving through the speakeasies of the 1920s, the bedrooms of the 1950s, 1970s and 1980s Vogue in NY to the gender fluidity of the present day, Les Femmes invites both the audience and investors to accentuate the divine feminine with these brilliant creators.
